Hi there! My name is Elysia and I’m a Registered Dietitian and the recipe developer, food photographer, taste tester and content creator at Haute & Healthy Living. I share easy, healthy and delicious recipes for busy people with minimally processed ingredients. I'm also a mom to two little ones so I mostly like to focus on sharing family-friendly recipes that require minimal time and simple ingredients!
